What is Delta 9, is it safe and is it legal?

Delta-9 THC is the primary psychoactive component known for producing the main effects associated with cannabis.

Reliably sourced Delta-9 is considered generally safe. However, it's important to note that Delta-9 may not be suitable for everyone and is not recommended for those with certain health conditions or who are pregnant. Consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any new product containing Delta-9 is recommended.

Hemp-derived Delta-9 is federally legal in the United States under the 2018 Farm Bill, as long as it contains no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight, as is the case with Puffs! However, the legality can still vary by state, so it's a good idea to check local regulations.

Will Delta-9 show up on a drug test?

Yes, Delta-9 is a form of THC and will show up on drug tests.

Where do you create Puffs!

Unlike many Delta-9 products, we create every batch of Puffs! in-house using our proprietary recipes. We never participate in any white labeling or outsource any of our processes.

How many Puffs! should I eat, and how long will the effects last?

The recommended serving for Puffs! is one piece. However, as everyone's response to Delta-9 can differ, it is advisable to start with a small amount—such as half a piece—to gauge your personal tolerance before consuming more.

The onset of effects from Puffs! can range from 15 minutes to an hour. It’s important to wait at least two hours before consuming more, as Delta-9 hits different people at different rates. Effects typically last from 2-4 hours, but they can last up to 12 hours for certain people.

Do you third-party test your products?

Yes, both our oil and our finished products are third-party tested at labs recognized byThe NELAC Institute's (TNI) National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP).

What States do you ship to?

We ship Puffs! to states where the sale and shipment of hemp-derived Delta-9 products are legal. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Idaho, Kansas and Washington.

How should I store my Puffs! for best preservation?

Keep your Puffs! in a cool, dry place. Make sure to keep them away from moisture as much as possible, since water and humidity can cause Puffs! to deflate.
